Type: Full time – Direct Hire with Great Benefits!

Location: Buffalo, NY 14213 – (Office in Elma 14059)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some Weekends during the Season)

Compensation: $70K – $85K+ Great Benefits (Health, 401K and PTO)

Job Information: Some of the duties of this role include knowledge and experience with:

• Grading, excavating, and installation of septic tanks and filtration systems, driveways and other utilities
• Preparing and grading construction sites,
• Backfilling, compaction, trenching, paving, and de-watering.
• Understanding of best-practice for determining earthwork quantities, including estimating civil construction costs and safety implications.
• Locating/researching site projects for bid; estimating all aspects of work (e.g., value engineering, contracts, sub-contracts, scheduling, ordering, job costing, job meetings, and billings)
• Managing all projects from start to completion

Requirements:

• Full Time (Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and some Saturdays)
• MUST BE PRESENTLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK FOR ANY EMPLOYER IN THE US(sorry no OPTs, CPTs, H1Bs, J or F Visas- or corporation to corporation transfers at this time)
• 3-5 years of actual commercial experience with construction estimation and/or construction project management
