Construction Estimator and Project Manager Full Time
Sitework – Groundwork *NOT a remote job*
Type: Full time – Direct Hire with Great Benefits !
Location: Clarence Center, NY 14213 (*must work in the office or on-site*)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) – mostly in the office…sometimes on-site
Compensation: $80K – $100K+ Great Benefits

Job Information: Some of the duties of this role include knowledge and experience with:
- Estimation for grading, excavating, and installation of septic tanks, filtration systems, driveways, roads, and other utilities
- Management of the paperwork required to develop groundwork construction sites
- Some understanding of the processes of backfilling, compaction, trenching, paving, and de- watering
- Some knowledge of best practice for determining earthwork quantities, including estimating civil constructioncosts and safety implications
- Locating / researching site projects for bid; estimating all aspects of work (e.g., value engineering, contracts, sub-contracts, scheduling, ordering, job costing, job meetings, and billings)
